Hello! I'm Daniel Tyack. My journey as a meditation guide began at the onset of Covid. What started as a personal practice transitioned into an open invite with over 500 consecutive days of group sessions with Moonlight Meditations. This led me to guide thousands of meditations in person an on livestream for the last many years.
It's both a privilege and an honor to share this journey with you. My approach to meditation is unique, focusing on deep awareness coupled with the powerful practice of letting go. I'm thrilled you're here and can't wait to explore the transformative world of meditation together!
